Pickens National Seashore, San De Luna is a complex of only 32 townhomes located on 5 acres of soundfront property. Fully equipped with tennis court and swimming pool.
The Pensacola Beach vacation unit has been totally remodeled. A large private rear deck over looks the white sandy beaches and calm turquoise waters of Santa Rosa Sound. You can watch the children play just steps away on the shore where the water is shallow and calm with gentle waves or sit and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. If you have a boat you can moor it just off shore. The front deck of this Pensacola Beach vacation rental faces Ft Pickens Rd (2 lanes) and offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, just a short walk (approx 150 yds) away. There you will find a secluded beach great for walking, shelling, surfing, fishing, and more. Just up the road you will find a wealth of restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet ski and bike rentals and nightlife entertainment. Bike path runs along Ft Pickens Road from unit to the core area of Pensacola Beach. Ft Pickens is just doen the the road accessable by car, bike (bikes provided) or by boat (anchor your boat or jet ski behind unit). During the season, take the free trolley which stops directly in front of the complex every 1/2 hour.
Your luxurious Pensacola Beach townhouse includes covered parking and two floors of spacious living. The first level has 1/2 bath, open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with granite tops, dining room, and living area with a queen sleeper couch. Travelling up the spiral staircase you will find a large master bedroom with king size bed with separate bath and double windows with breath taking view of the sound. Master bedroom has beautiful custom stained glass window with tropical fish which allows light to filter in from the skylight while affording privacy. The second bedroom is spacious with a private bath and view of the Gulf. Both bedrooms have large closets. A port-a-crib and extra rollaway bed are available. The sofa on main floor is a pull out with memory foam mattress. A skylight above the staircase illuminates both floors making this unit bright and open.
Peak season rentals are Sat -Sat (except Blue Angels week) with check in at 3 PM and check out at 10AM unless authorized by owner.
A $500 deposit will be held to reserve the unit and for damages and will be returned upon inspection of the unit. One occupant must be 25 years or older. This is a non- smoking and pet free unit.
Located in Pensacola Beach, this vacation home is on the beach.
