For outdoor enthusiasts, state parks and the scenic Majestic Hills Golf Course are just a short drive away.

The well-equipped, galley-style kitchen makes it easy to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee, pack snacks for lake adventures, or prepare a full meal to enjoy at the dining table or out on the covered, furnished deck.
After mealtime, enjoy some friendly competition with yard games in the spacious backyard, or settle into the cozy main living area to stream your favorite shows. Feeling playful? Head downstairs to the finished basement—complete with a Ping-Pong table, dartboard, second TV, and a comfy seating area. Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
