This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has plenty of space inside and out for relaxing and enjoying the countryside while being less than 5 minutes to boat ramps for you to enjoy a day on the lake. It offers a very spacious dining and entertaining area or enjoy the large sectional outback on the covered deck with firepit and new grill. The front porch offers four rocking chairs with whiskey barrel tables to take in the wildlife of the area and wooded views. It also offers two more decks on the side of the house for a private outdoor area. The main floor has a queen bed and one bathroom shared with main floor. The upstairs bedrooms have king beds a shared bathroom and there is an upstairs sitting area/office desk as well.
Located in Penhook, this vacation home is in a rural area. Lakeside Marina and Lumpkins Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Smith Mountain Lake and Leesville Lake.
