The 3 level patio on the north side has umbrellas, lounge chairs and outdoor dining which also makes it a perfect spot for enjoying a beautiful sunny pebble beach day.
Enjoy cooking a meal in the state of the art kitchen with a six burner viking range, looking out at an amazing view of the ocean and then enjoy eating in the formal dining room underneath the crystal chandelier imported from Australia.
The sweeping views are truly beautiful, and don't forget to look down to notice the exquisite and extremely unique hardwood floors imported in 1927 from countries all around the world.
Relax in the cozy family room by the fireplace while enjoying the 76" 4k flatscreen tv.
Every room is outfitted with multiple outlets including USB plugs.

There are two separate nest heating systems throughout the house.
