Large living room with gas fireplace has two cozy couches, upholstered bench, two comfy chairs, writing desk with chair, and a flat-screen TV.
Dining room adjacent to kitchen seats six comfortably indoors with brass chandelier, whimsical floral wallpaper, sideboard for cocktails. and a sliding glass door leading to the backyard patio and gardens. Wrought iron furniture and umbrella on the patio provides additional dining outdoors.
Master bedroom has a closet, tastefully decorated with large dresser and mirror, two comfy chairs, ottoman, and a small letter-writing desk. This bedroom has an adjoining master bathroom with tub/shower combination and private access to the side deck and backyard.
Second bedroom has two twin beds, a nightstand, closet and private French door access to the side deck and backyard.
Office/TV room has a closet, couch, flat-screen TV and a desk, providing a quiet space for remote work if needed. This room is also perfect for watching movie and family game nights.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and an electric wall heater.
Fully-equipped, bright kitchen has an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, lots of counter space and both a large picture window and a door leading to the landscaped back yard. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware and serve-ware for cooking and serving meals. I can also provide recommendations for dining or carry-out at our many fabulous local restaurants if you prefer not to cook.
Garage provides one parking space and another vehicle can be parked in the driveway, for two parking spaces maximum..

Located in Pebble Beach, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Pebble Beach Golf Links and Fisherman's Wharf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Monterey Bay and Lovers Point.
