Breathtaking views of the mountain side and towering Ponderosa Pines in the front and easy Verde River access in the back. You can fish in the stocked Verde River pools, hike the banks, or simply sit and listen to the flowing water. Its just a Short walk to Verde River 3rd Crossing, just 1.5 miles past Water Wheel rec area, and amazing views and hikes.

This Grand Lodge is set on an acre to explore and have an epic time of fun for the entire family. Huge Ponderosa Pines for those who love the forest. Large area of artificial grass for lounging, corn hole, Spike Ball, and a safe area for the littles. You can also play horseshoes or soccer during the warm months. Zip line for the kids. There are fun slopes in the back for sledding during the snowy months. The back deck is great for BBQ's, eating under the stars, or under the covered patio area. The front boasts of a beautiful covered patio with spectacular views of the mountain side. Hang out in the front and have tons of family fun on the regulation size Pickleball Court or play some soccer.

Downstairs you will find a dining room with a fireplace sitting area and beautiful dining table with seating for 10. The living room is equipped with a large comfortable sectional couch and a mahogany wood chess table where the family can have a relaxing drink by the fire or watch a movie together on the 65in TV.

Upstairs is all about the kids and family fun. Send the kids upstairs if you need a beak or experience endless memories and fun as a whole family... Whether you enjoy playing Ping Pong, Pool or Air Hockey... you can try them all. If you like video games, try the Pac-Man / Galaga Arcade or the Nintendo Plug-N-Play. Football Bag Toss, Apples to Apples, Catch Phrase or a choice a many other board games are also available. Lounge on the leather sectional and watch a movie on the 65in TV.

This experience is perfect for a family or a couple of families to share memories together. There are 4 bedrooms with bed space for 13 guests, plus 1 queen sized blow-up mattress, 2 large sectional couches, and a pack-n-play. There is still plenty of floor space, if necessary. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom equipped with a King sized bed and the other with a Queen sized bed. Upstairs has a 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: One is equipped with a Queen bed attached to the bathroom, and the other bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full / full bunk bed with a twin trundle.
