Get away from the hustle and bustle of the valley in this newly remodeled cabin 14 miles NE of Payson. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee outside on the deck or an evening campfire under the stars (if restrictions allow). Includes a fully functional kitchen with an induction stove top, ninja toaster oven, Keurig machine, gas grill, and all your pots/pans/dishes/table wear. Take advantage of the endless trails around you and end the day with a relaxing soak in the outdoor shower.

NOTE: Please be aware that there is a long set of stairs to the cabin. The stairs are sturdy with a railing on one side, but might be tough to climb for those with mobility issues. The house is a short walk to the East Verde river which can be heard flowing from the front porch on a quiet evening.

Some other things to note:

WIFI: Due to the remote area, wifi speeds are limited to 1.5Mbps.

PETS: Although we love our furry friends, no animals or pets of any kind will be allowed on the premises.

VEHICLES: Two vehicles fit well in the driveway. Three takes some maneuvering so be prepared for that. No more than three cars will fit in the driveway and unfortunately there are no other places to park personal vehicles.

NEIGHBOORHOOD: The neighborhood is a close knit community that enjoys peaceful weekends. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during your stay.

Located in Payson, this cottage is in the mountains and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Tonto National Forest and Green Valley Park, while Myra's Art Gallery and Rim Country Museum are cultural highlights.
