Oceanfront with private tennis court, this is a gorgeous 7 Bedroom, 7 Bath home offering spacious living and dining areas plus an Oceanfront screened porch with a TV/Game Room. The Living Room has a Fireplace, Wet Bar with Ice maker, and Glass Doors to Large Screened Porch and Spectacular Ocean view.
The 7 bedrooms are arranged with 3 on main floor, 3 on the top floor, and 1 is ground level (with outside access only). Large master suite on the top floor offers a sitting area with Oceanfront view, a Wet Bar with Mini Fridge, and Coffee Maker, His and Hers Bath with Whirlpool. New this year - Pickleball court!
Bed sizes: 4 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Singles, 3 Bunks, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, Port a Crib, Highchair, and Central AC/Heat.
Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
Located on the beach, this vacation home is in North Litchfield Beach, a neighborhood in Pawleys Island. While the natural beauty of Litchfield Beach and Huntington Beach State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Pier at Garden City.
Brookgreen Gardens and Lowcountry Zoo are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and surfing/body boarding nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
