One bedroom and a full bath are on the first floor. Three more bedrooms and two baths are on the top floor. A central interior stairwell with interim landings provides access to every floor. On the ground floor is a hammock, outdoor shower, assorted beach gear, and covered parking.

POOL ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk (0.25 miles). Leaving the side yard of this corner-lot home, follow Cayman Loop west (left turn) directly to the pool – last lot on left. The community pool offers parking, poolside furnishings, shade cabana with picnic tables, and restrooms. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 6-minute walk (0.28 miles). A golf cart/footpath boardwalk shortcut is located right across the road passing through a short section of wooded wetlands to Media Lane, which then runs two short blocks directly to a beach boardwalk with parking. Note: A dozen neighborhood access-ways are available with variable parking capacity.

BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their dog. Please see Pet Policy for more details. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 1 house-trained adult dog, 50 lb. limit.
