Chateau Robles is a 3500 sf home set on 40 acres right in the heart of Central Coast Wine Country. A 36 acre working vine vineyard comprised of Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot grapes surrounds the home providing beautiful views and a truly unique wine country experience for your friends and family. This charming, open concept indoor/outdoor home boasts a majestic manicured European rose garden, expanded vineyard views and plenty of space and tranquility for your guests to enjoy. Enjoy coffee on the patio or morning yoga on the lawn, take a picnic lunch into the garden, and enjoy sunset dinners from the elegant dining room as the French doors wash in the warm summer night air. From the moment you enter the grand courtyard and step inside from the rustic front door you`re welcomed into the elegant foyer with Spanish tiled floor and stunning crystal chandelier. Step down into the main living area with beautifully appointed artwork and furniture, creating multiple seating areas for you to entertain. The marble, gilt and burnished gold accents throughout the home add a sense of luxury along with the impressive high ceilings highlighting the delicate charm and elegance in the home. To your right and left there are French doors leading out of either end of the home and onto patios with additional seating. Open up the doors and let the warm breeze drift through the home, creating an indoor/outdoor space for your guests to enjoy. A wet bar is just off the living area to make entertaining easy!

Columns and smooth archways divide and support the home. Travel through into the spacious formal dining room that holds a carved wooden table that comfortably seats 8. Entertain and host large dinner parties with direct access to the English gardens located on the back patio. Open up the French doors and enjoy unobstructed views of the garden. Off the dining room you will find the kitchen, fully equipped and perfect for whipping up your family favorites. A large island holds four cushioned stools so guests can converse while you cook, or use this space to enjoy an informal breakfast. The kitchen features dual ovens, a large fridge, microwave, electric stove, a large basin sink and a dishwasher. A breakfast nook sits just off the kitchen with a round table that seats four. Open up the French doors and enjoy listening to the birds chirp as you start your day, or step out onto the patio and enjoy breakfast in the garden.

Bedroom 1 is a rich, dark blue with deep yellow and gold accents. A king bed with luxury linens sleeps two and a stone fireplace adds elegance and warmth to this space. French doors provide a private entrance to the garden, and a flat screen TV is mounted on the wall for you to enjoy a movie at night.

Bedroom 2 is bright, airy, and full of natural light. A queen bed features soft linens and a dresser is provided for you to unpack and unwind. Lay back and enjoy views of the garden out the windows.

Bedroom 3 also holds a queen bed and is decorated with ornate, custom furniture. French doors lead out onto the patio and beautifully appointed bedding adds luxury and comfort.

A guest bathroom is shared between guest rooms and holds two sinks, and a separate room for toilet, shower and tub. Take a peak at the ceiling and notice the intricate detail. In addition, a second full guest bathroom has been newly remodeled for guests to use.

The Master Suite boasts a king bed with custom furniture and a stunning chandelier centerpiece. French doors open up onto the patio and tall windows allow the sunlight to bask through. High ceilings and crown moulding add sophistication and an open air feel. The Master Bathroom is truly magnificent. Marble can be found throughout, framed by columns and high ceilings. His and hers sinks, a large walk in shower and a deep soaking tub are among the key features of this space. Custom windows let in natural light and provide views of the garden and surrounding vineyards. Enjoy a hot bath after a long day and relax as you look out onto the countryside.

Step outside and onto the patio. Beyond the surrounding vineyard views there is over 1 acre of well-maintained English gardens with beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Multiple seating areas are provided for your guests to enjoy. Lay out on the chaise lounge chairs and soak up the sun, pull up to the 6-seater patio table and enjoy a light lunch, or cozy up around the fire pit table and enjoy an evening glass of wine. As you venture into the garden you will find another seating area complete with a couch, two chairs, two ottomans and a patio table.
