You will be just steps away from all the finest restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and the park in this newly remodeled 4 bedroom (2 King, 2 Queen), 2 bathroom luxury loft. This stylish 2000 square foot loft is fully furnished and features a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, wireless internet, flat screen TV with streaming options available, washer & dryer, Keurig coffee maker, and central air/heating. We have two parking spots available in back behind Pasolivo along with a Tesla charging cable. ***Please note the charger is Tesla-specific. If you have a different EV but have an adapter with you then you should still be able to use the cable. If not, there are several other EV charging stations very nearby.

Also, please know this is a non-smoking residence, pets are not allowed, and we do have one security camera located at the front door.

And don't forget to stop in at our Pasolivo Olive Oil downtown store right below the apartment for a complimentary tasting!
