Full and content, relax in the comfortable living room on leather furniture to watch TV on the 70-inch wall TV or play one of the numerous board games. When the furry members of your family aren't hanging out with you here, they can head out into the backyard via the convenient doggy door. Additional interior features you'll appreciate include partial air-conditioning, a collection of board games, and a private washer/dryer.

Ambient Temperature/HVAC: There is only one mini split located in the home and it is not meant to control the temperature of the home but to maintain it. This is a passive energy home. To help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature open windows in the evening or early morning to let in cool air.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
