This Spanish bungalow is located on desirable Chestnut Street on the west side of Paso Robles. This two bedroom, two bath home has been recently built with a Spanish flair. The kitchen is fully-stocked and features quartz countertops and subway tile with an adorable bistro table for two. An attached sunroom allows dining for six. This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood, and sits on a hill overlooking downtown.

Living Space:

This home features a beautiful living space with a living room area and kitchen.  Enjoy your meals in the enclosed patio overlooking the colorful garden. Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 on the lower level has a queen-size bed. The main floor has one bedroom with a separate bathroom.  The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Fully-stocked kitchen is  complete with a Keurig, French Press, capsule espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, hand mixer, tea kettle, and microwave.  Everything you need for a perfect wine country getaway!
