This is a small guest house great for one but will make an exception for a couple.
If Peace and Quiet are what you are looking for then this is the place. No loud parties, neighbors are very quiet, the only sound at night might be a cricket or the sound of deer making their way on the neighboring hill side.

Scholl Canyon Golf & Tennis Club. It's an executive, so there are only a couple of chances to use your woods, but there are still some very challenging holes. The views of downtown LA are awesome; when it's clear you can see Catalina Island. The course is half a step above a par 3 course, but a great value.
