2 miles away.....and a kayak launch 500 yards away that can be seen from your door step...We have plenty of parking on our lot next to the rental for big boats or motor home.

Get ready for the perfect lake Havasu get away. Rental is fully equipped. Kayaks can be provided for a daily fee and launched for you. A full remodel has just been completed and everything is new, from the 4 ton A/C (72 max cool) to the furniture and plush beds. Water pressure is great and unit is spotless. direct tv is available for viewing .Plenty of parking for your boat or a 40 foot RV onsite. Many extras are included.
Located in Parker, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and Colorado River Indian Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Berwick Lighthouse and Parker Dam. Aquatic Center and Action Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
