As frequent vacation renters ourselves, we remodeled the condo into a place we would want to stay regularly. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfy beds and linens, ski storage, and a 48" flat screen TV. Add in the cozy blankets, locally roasted coffee beans, and restaurant recommendations, it's your home away from home. The clubhouse is across the street and includes pools, hot tubs, a sauna, tennis/pickleball courts, and a sand volleyball court. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and the loft has a pull-out full-size bed.

The Neighborhood

Located at Red Pine condos, it's the perfect location for easy access to Kimball Junction and Park City Main Street. You are at the base of The Canyons Village, part of Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Golf Course. Running trails, mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing are all minutes away.

Getting Around

Free parking is available right in front of the condo. Cabriolet to The Canyons Village and a Park City bus stop are a 5 min walk from the condo door.

Clubhouse:
Summer hours daily - 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. June - Labor Day
Winter hours daily - 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thanksgiving - April

The Clubhouse closes the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from Labor Day to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance.

Located in Canyons Village at Park City, a neighborhood in Park City, this condo is in the mountains. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. Sitka Super Park and Alpine Coaster are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and sledding.
