Challenge friends and family to a game of pool, shuffle board or air hockey - there is even an arcade game, sure to keep every stay fun-filled. For the kids in the group, Black Spruce boasts two stocked playrooms, promising to keep even the busiest of little ones entertained for hours. Looking for more fun after a day on the slopes? A large, private hot tub offers up endless lake and mountain views. Kick back in the dry sauna or steam room with shower to ease adventure weary muscles. In warmer months, the outdoor living space delivers a slice of serenity with two custom water features and plenty of nooks to relax and take in the views.
Access to mountain exploration is as easy as stepping out the back door to your own private ski run with Deer Valley access via the Jordanelle Gondola. Summer months mean seemingly endless hiking and mountain biking trail access is yours for the taking too. Head out and explore on your own or allow our concierge team to set up ski or bike lessons for you. Main Street, Park City, is barely a 10 minute drive away while the St. Regis hotel is a short walk out the front door. A ski/gear room ensures you'll have plenty of storage space.
Offering eight bedrooms and seven baths, you'll find room for up to 20 guests. Rates reflect 10 guests and rates may change for over 10 guests. For groups larger than 10, please inquire so we can be sure to accomodate every guest comfortably. Two king primary suites offer spa-like en suite baths. Three queen suites and two custom bunk rooms with 4 twin bunks in each guarantees every guest will rest well and awaken feeling as if they have had a 5-star sleep. No need to lift a finger, as the homeowner has made your stay in this chalet seamless with thoughtful details throughout including multiple spots to whip up a hot cocoa or coffee, elevator to deliver you quickly to any of the homes multiple levels, and custom furnishings fit for kiddos in each play area. This absolutely stunning home is sure to be the highlight of any Park CIty stay and celebrates what a true mountain getaway is really about - adventure, luxury and gathering together.
