This luxury home boasts a rooftop patio hot tub, enchanting views of Park City Mountain, and effortless ski-in/ski-out access. Indulge in leisurely evenings sipping drinks by the fire.
Marrying minimalistic design and functional, yet elegant coziness, this 4-level home artfully embodies sophisticated simplicity. The lower-level bunk room offers an elite cinematic experience with an L-shaped sofa, projector, Xbox, and wet bar for convenient snacks and drinks.
Captivating views, clean lines, and natural light define the third-level living space. Guests will find bar seating and a patio table on the balcony. An exterior door leads to the grill and ski hut with storage and boot warmers.
On the rooftop deck, unwind in the hot tub or refresh sore muscles in the cold plunge.
Parking in the garage—plus an e-charging station. For ski-in/ski-out access, the stairwell behind the ski hut leads to the nearest ski run.

Located in North Park City, a neighborhood in Park City, this vacation home is in the mountains.
