One of Park City's oldest buildings, the historic Mary Shea House has been painstakingly restored to preserve its mining heritage and offer the best of modern luxury.

Situated just four doors up from Historic Main Street and a very short walk to the nearest ski run, this home is perfectly positioned to offer the best of everything Park City has to offer. The historic coal shed has been converted into a sauna.

An addition next door shares one small bathroom wall with this cottage. While you may see other guests outside the house, each unit is completely private, with separate entrances.

The sauna is private to this cottage, with the exception of rare times our family stays next door and might use it.

This home includes one off-street parking spot.

Located in Downtown Park City, a neighborhood in Park City, this vacation home is in the mountains. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Big Cottonwood Canyon. Mountain Town Olive Oil and Kimball Art Center are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
