Immerse yourself in the mountain modern feel of this fantastic condo combo where you get the charm of a historic lodge with a plethora of luxury appliances and amenities! Newly installed flat screen tv's have been installed throughout the property with a 85 inch flat screen tv situated in the living area for the ultimate entertainment experience, all new furniture from Article, 7th Ave, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Crate and Barrel. The living area also features a stunning custom designed white oak gas fireplace with a quartz hearth operated by a remote control, Sonos. The kitchen and dining area has been entirely updated to include a gourmet chef experience with Thermador appliances such as 48" refrigerator/freezer combo, drawer microwave, 36" plus induction range, sapphire dishwasher, and prep sink with instant hot. This property also features a combined full deck with the best views of Deer Valley and the surrounding mountainous terrain, a private balcony hot tub, open concept work-out loft space and queen size bed, as well as a wet bar area. Guests are also invited to enjoy Sonos throughout, hue lighting, remote control shades, an infrared sauna, steam shower, * a 500 square foot loft with a gym area that can be access by the custom built iron & oak staircase.
