Situated at the base of Park City Ski Resort, Marriott's newest ski-in/ski-out resort offers year-round relaxation and recreational options in a world-class resort setting. Besides the ideal location, these spacious two-bedroom, two-bath villas each feature a whirlpool tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and other pleasing amenities. The resort will include a skier's lounge with valet ski service, an outdoor recreation area complete with pool and whirlpool spas, a fitness center with sauna and steam room, a convenience store, and an activities area. Whatever the season, guests can count on a healthy variety of other recreational opportunities such as golf, tennis, mountain biking and fishing.

The room view is not guaranteed here unless agreed upon before booking. If you would like an upgrade to a specific view please let me know and if available I can do that, additional fees may be required. Additionally some resorts have various towers/buildings and may vary, please check with us in advance to discuss the view/building/unit and. Finally, Tourist Accommodation Taxes must be paid directly to the resort; this is standard procedure for resorts.

Located in North Park City, a neighborhood in Park City, this resort is in the mountains. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Big Cottonwood Canyon. Alpine Coaster and Kimball Art Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and sledding.
