The home is fully equipped with high-speed internet for staycations or workcations, a full-size pool table, smart TVs throughout, and a private golfing area. Outside you can enjoy an outdoor barbeque and jacuzzi hot tub by the pool. See bunnies and desert wildlife with a quiet stroll around the home. Stunning experience for you, your closest friends, and your family.

Pool heat is an additional $40.00 + tax daily.
If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there are 3 ring cameras on property. One of above side gate entry, one at the front door, and one above the front door.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
