The Property
The house is situated on a 700 m² beachfront lot with 50 meters of private waterfront. The west side of Isla Solarte is highly desirable for its calm, protected waters, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
Right in front of the property, there is a beautiful coral reef, perfect for snorkeling or diving.
The property is fully fenced and located in a very safe area. A caretaker lives next door and is available if needed.
