The kitchen is fully outfitted with high-quality cookware, tableware, bakeware, and modern appliances. Included are a 5-burner gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, deep single-basin sink, toaster-air fryer, 5-stage drinking water filtration system, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and more. Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry room includes a full-size washer/dryer.
The dining room offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with seating for six and dimmable Edison-style lighting to set the mood for any occasion. The main living space includes two remote-controlled ceiling fans and a quiet, oversized mini-split HVAC unit to ensure year-round comfort.
After dinner, unwind in the living room on soft leather couches around a handcrafted local hardwood coffee table. Enjoy the sunset, settle in for a movie, or step out to the patio for a nightcap as the pools glow softly.
Both bedrooms feature high-quality comfort king mattresses, plush bedding, and a selection of pillows. Each room includes a wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, nightstands, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a quiet mini-split HVAC unit. The master bedroom’s corner window provides a stunning ocean view right from the bed.
An alcove adds flexibility with a queen-size foldout couch and a beautiful locally crafted hardwood desk paired with a 27" HD monitor. Family-friendly amenities such as board games, cards, and puzzles are also provided.
High-speed fiber internet connects to a Deco mesh network for seamless coverage throughout the home, supporting multiple users and streaming. A Sonos sound system placed throughout the living area offers rich audio or soft ambiance. (Use the Sonos app to connect your music.)
Rio Mar provides amenities for every interest. On the main floor, enjoy a spacious entertainment area with TVs, pool tables, ping-pong tables, and board games.
