*THE VIEW*: This “welcome in” 6th floor apartment gives you UNOBSTRUCTED ocean views from BOTH the balcony + main bedroom. Sunset side = your nightly show, no crowds, no Uber needed.
*ACCESSIBILITY FIRST*: True beachfront for everyone. Building has 4 Tower elevators + 1 Service elevator + wheelchair/walker accessible entry. Interior has stepless access with ground-floor layout, and walker friendly doorways. Only 5 steps + key card gate down to the beach - 60 seconds from main pools to sand. Beach chairs available at lobby if steps are a concern.
*SLEEP + WORK + PLAYA*:
- Main Bedroom: Queen bed, AC, custom mural of La Playa Gorgona, and an unobstructed ocean view
