This ground floor, beachfront, corner condominium unit offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, spacious living area with pullout sofa, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, and two full bathrooms. For your convenience, there is also a private exterior laundry room. Dine or lounge on your large private covered corner patio overlooking the gulf and the gulf front swimming pool.
