Step onto the charming front porch and in through the front door, and you're met with abundant natural light flowing into the open and inviting living space. The alluring scored concrete floors leads you into a beautifully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Out the back of the property is an expansive deck and grilling area. It overlooks a lush wooded greenspace, offering exceptional privacy and creating your personal backyard sanctuary, ideal for entertaining guests and enjoying dinner outside.
Location, Location, Location. Walking distance to the beach (5 min), Seacrest pools (4 min), Rosemary Beach (5 min), Alys Beach (10 min), restaurants (1 min), shopping (1 min) and all of 30A East has to offer, Free tram service is also provided with a stop right in front of the house.

Community Amenities:
*Centered within the community is the Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida and is open year-round.
*The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.
*Tram Service - From March through October, the Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram spots in the neighborhood to the beach or Lagoon.
*Deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30A.
*The Village of South Walton (right next door), Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach , offer an array of excellent local restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.
*Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community.
** Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to make the reservation, check-in into the property and must stay during all booked nights. 7 night minimum stays during Spring Break & Summer. Golf Carts not permitted in Seacrest Beach Neighborhood per HOA rules, sorry.
