Welcome to Rest & Relaxation Coastal Retreat, a spacious three-story townhome on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, just a short walk from beautiful white-sand beaches and emerald Gulf waters.
This home is ideal for guests who want to enjoy relaxed beach days, sunrise walks, and peaceful evenings—without the congestion of high-rise beachfront condos. With plenty of space and a flexible layout, it’s a great choice for families traveling together, friend gatherings, couples, and group stays.
The location offers both convenience and calm. The home is approximately one mile from Pier Park, with shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. You’re also close to Topgolf Panama City Beach, Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, and Duplin Winery. Frank Brown Park, home to baseball, softball, and sports tournaments, is also about a mile away. For everyday needs, Winn-Dixie and CVS are right around the corner, making quick errands easy—especially for guests flying in.
