On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from a large sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. There are sleeping arrangements for 7 people with a queen bedroom bedroom, a twin-over full bunkbed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs.
