At the heart of the home, a game room awaits with a custom bar, pool table, and TV—everything you need for unforgettable evenings.
In the east wing, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, three of which boast private en-suite bathrooms. The expansive master suite offers direct access to the pool deck, stunning golf course views, a walk-in closet, a spacious walk-in shower, and dual vanities.
Step outside to your private oasis: a sparkling pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs, a natural gas BBQ, and a covered alfresco dining area for eight—perfect for sunset dinners under the desert sky.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 4 cars at any time.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
