LOOKING FOR NEWLY REMODELED AND CLEAN HOUSE?Zhen Peninsula is over 2000sq feet charming home that is perfect for your relaxation. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this open plan house has everything you need for your comfortable stay; new and spacious kitchen with self-closing cabinets and isle that includes all stainless steel appliances and everything else you need to prepare your food. Start your morning with a delightful cup of coffee from Keurig 2.0 coffee maker.
In addition to 3bed/2bath, the house has a breakfast room/area for 6, dining room for 8 and cozy sunken living room. Both, dining and living rooms have fireplaces. Rooms have high ceilings. 2 of the bedrooms are large. There is a laundry room, 2 separate garages for three (3) cars and circular driveway for extra parking. Step outside to enjoy the big backyard, pool and spa with beautiful mountain views. The pool is on the South side of the house which guarantees sun throughout the day. There is a Gas/Charcoal Grill with a burner and utensils for your cooking needs, patio table w/chairs, zero gravity lounge and beach chairs around the pool. Enjoy breathtaking views from both sides of the house.
There are 3 flat panel cable tvs in two bedrooms and living room, Blue Ray and DVD players. There is also a bluetooth enabled tower speaker that can be connected to your bluetooth device and a portable powerspeaker, which can be connected to your iphone or ipod, for your music needs. Free high-speed WiFi internet connection. Browse the internet or watch movies on Neflix on the TV in the living room. Central Air/Heat (two separate A/C Units and Water Heaters) and Laundry Room. Jacuzzi big enough for 6 people. We also provide towels...enough for everyone!
