Located in the Gene Autry Estates, Villa Palmeras is your ideal vacation destination within a quiet and serene neighborhood adjacent to Racquet Club. ~2,000 SF of pure luxury to escape in the desert.
As you enter into this exquisite retreat the open living and dining rooms welcome you with a 16 foot glass wall to the backyard. The luxuriously appointed interior provides a feast for the eyes.
The new kitchen is full of top of the line appliances and is stocked with everything to entertain. Make amazing coffee beverages with the built-in Wolf coffee system. The home also features premium amenities, all shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotions are stocked by Kiehl's.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a grand king sized bed, with ensuite bathroom featuring a large Hawaiian shower, bath tub, double sink vanity and smart toilet with bidet. The 2 guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds (with direct access to backyard) share a bathroom with smart toilet/bidet. Each bedroom features a 55 inch Smart TV and is equipped with wireless chargers to replenish your smart devices.
The separate casita has a private entrance and opens to the beautiful backyard. It also has an ensuite bathroom with smart toilet/bidet, desk, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, 55 inch Smart TV, and wireless chargers.
All bedrooms are dressed with 100% Egyptian cotton beddings, goose feather duvets, and allergy free pillows. All bathrooms are equipped with 100% Turkish cotton towels.
The expansive resort backyard is an entertainers paradise! The sparkling pool & oversized spa are the center of this lush oasis. Enjoy some sunshine while you lay in the suntan shelf or the shade underneath the umbrella. A cabana lounge with a fire pit provide a cozy setting for an evening in the magical night air of Palm Springs. A gas BBQ is ready to be fired up for a delicious meal. The property is covered with ultra high speed WiFi and is located less than 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and within a block to Albertsons and Worlds Gym. Trader Joe’s is a 10 minute drive and Whole Foods is a 20 minute drive away. There are many great restaurants within a short drive.
