Each of the four bedrooms have ensuite private bathrooms. They are also equipped with flat screen TVs and Roku. The master suite is 1,100 square feet, which includes separate rooms for the shower, vanity, WC, wardrobe, and a luxurious bathing tub that accommodates two.
The main living areas allow for abundant natural light, framing bold architectural elements like curved atrium windows, terrazzo floors, and extensive use of period specific glass block. The living room is centered around a gas fireplace and is open to the dining area, which comfortably seats eight. The adjacent atrium sun-room provides additional unique spaces for lounging, reading and entertaining.
The property is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy wall with 24-hour security patrol and has a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles, with ample additional curbside parking.
Built in 1954, this estate measures over 4,500 square feet and has been re-imagined by both designer James Callahan and, later, by acclaimed designer Jon Piper.
