The open floor plan transitions seamlessly from inside to outside, while high ceilings and clerestory windows ensure abundant natural light. The grounds feature a large resort-style pool, an 8-person spa, an 8-hole chipping and putting green, a desert cactus entry garden, basalt fountains and a waterfall, an outdoor fire pit, and a BBQ area.
The 3,580 sf home centers on an expansive great room featuring stone walls, terrazzo floors, 13' high ceilings, a dining table that seats 10, a fireplace, and a wall of sliding glass that opens up to the pool. The chef's kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/ freezer, two Dacor convection double wall oven, and a Wolf range stove, and features a pass-through window that opens out to the pool area. Immediately off the great room is the media room with a 65-inch TV, surround sound, and a comfy sectional couch. On the other side of the great room is a cozy bar which is a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the desert or relaxing by the pool.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
The 850sf Primary Suite features a king size bed and includes a sitting area that opens to the pool & spa, private office and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has its own jetted 'tea- for-two' tub and separate dual shower.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, desk, and seating area. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and shares a jack-and-jill-bath with bedroom #3.
Additionally, the house is equipped with heating and cooling, an alarm system, and a patio misting system. Each bedroom has its smart TV, The house is fully stocked with utensils, bed linens, towels, and pool towels.
