Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7.
Per the rules of the city of Palm Springs, all guests are required to do the following

- sign a rental agreement

- fill out the rules & regulations form

- submit a copy of the primary guest`s ID

* primary guest must be 25 years or older.
Pool/Spa:
- The Pool and hot tub are on the older side, they work and are clean but are a little stained in spots, its not dirty, its just old plaster.
- We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.
*Heating the pool is $85/day*
Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

Please be aware there are many steps both inside and outside the house, they are labeled with black and yellow tacky tape on the ground, but please be careful, especially with children.
Security:

Our home has a doorbell video camera. This camera is activated by motion.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Little Tuscany, a neighborhood in Palm Springs, is home to this vacation home. Desert Art Center and Plaza Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and O'Donnell Golf Club. Las Palmas and Camelot Park Family Center are also worth visiting.
