The master suite features an en suite bathroom and a quasi-detached bedroom that’s reached by walking through a glass corridor. The large and dramatic bedroom has a 12-foot ceiling and large sliders that open up to fire pit, pool, casita and mountain views. A King size bed, two nightstands, six-drawer dresser, 60 Inch TV, marble floors, blackout curtains and a walk-in closet complete the bedroom. The en suite bathroom has vessel sinks on Italian reclaimed walnut cabinets, a 10-foot long shower with duel shower heads and a freestanding bathtub bathed in natural light.

The large great room connects the living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen. All rooms feature marble floors, recessed lighting, mountain views through 10-foot tall Fleetwood sliding glass doors, automated blinds and a gabled ceiling that varies between 12 feet and 16 feet tall. In addidion, all rooms feature speakers connected to a Sonos audio system. The living room is modern and sleek and has an in-wall fireplace, stylish chandelier and large plush seating area that has a lounge-like feel.

The chef`s kitchen has two islands. One has a sink and prep area while the other has a wine refrigerator and is perfect for staging a meal. The Italian cabinets are from Modulo Cucine and have textured glass fronts. The islands are reclaimed walnut veneer and the counters are Silestone. Thermador and Bosch appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave oven, 5-burner Stove and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with five sleek bar stools.
