Welcome Family and Friends to a spacious home built for spending time together! 4 bedrooms, large kitchen & bar + a huge backyard featuring a sparkling pool with space to enjoy the sun, shade or a mixture of both! **Beds: K,Q,TT, T pull out + Q air mattress.
This space is licensed by the City of Palm Springs -City ID #1975. Please note there is no garage access.
IMPORTANT: *Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old and present during the complete stay, there are no exceptions to this rule. *Guests will be required to sign a separate rental agreement confirming above, along with providing ID with host per city requirements. Any deviations from rental agreement are subject to immediate eviction*.
