- Cleaning fee of $200 per reservation.
- All vacation rentals 28 days or less pay a 12.5% City of Palm Springs vacation rental tax.
- Pets are an additional $50/day per PET and MUST be approved prior to check in

THE NEIGHBORHOOD :
Our home is located in the Movie Colony. A quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents, seasonal visitors, and vacation rental homes. We are protected from the strong winds that the north side of town experiences and are close to the mountains. Although the home is relatively close to the Palm Springs airport, we do not experience much airplane noise as we are not in the flight path.
We are minutes from grocery stores, Ralphs and Albertsons. Walking to Ruth Hardy Par and a quick bike or Uber ride the downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants.
HOW TO GET AROUND :
On the weekend you can access a free shuttle that runs up and down the main strip of Palm Springs and brings you downtown. Lyft, Uber and cabs are also available. The Palm Springs airport is 5 minutes away. The property is just under 2 hours drive from Los Angeles.
Located in Movie Colony East, a neighborhood in Palm Springs, this vacation home is near a water park. Palm Springs Convention Center and Palm Springs Swim Center are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Plaza de las Flores Shopping Center and Palm Springs Square Shopping Center. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Agua Caliente Casino or Acrisure Arena. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and rock climbing.
