**PET POLICY: Up to ONE small dog (25 lb or less) is allowed only, with a one-time pet fee of $150. No cats. Failure to register your pet(s) will result in an additional $250 fee.
**Prior to your stay, we require you to agree to our rental conditions.
**Check in 3PM and check out 10AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
**Pool and Spa area are very private. Included is all of the outdoor furniture that you would expect to enjoy a comfortable vacation in Palm Springs, including a gas BBQ, sun loungers, and outdoor dining table and chairs. Pool heating optional $85 if you request to heat the pool.. Spa heating is included with your stay.

*The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party must be 25+ years of age and requires an in-person meeting at the property to discuss rules, collect signatures, etc. Our Property Manager will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinator a time to meet up and check you in.
NOISE
*The City of Palm Springs has a strictly enforced sound ordinance. NO outdoor music is permitted during night or day. People's noise is permissible and should be reasonable and measured between the hours of 10am-9pm.
