Palm Canyon Drive, the main village thoroughfare that's lined with renowned restaurants, boutiques, theaters, art galleries, and various forms of nightlife, is within walking or biking distance, as are the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino. If you're looking for a glorious view of the desert, be sure to take a ride up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway yourself, just eight miles west.

People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
