Close to downtown, Joshua Tree & all things Palm Springs. Stylish, colorful, comfy—and always joyful! (Capacity is 8: 6 adults, two children.) Top-rated hosts!
NO SMOKING inside the house. (Owner suffers from allergies and asthma.) Smoking permitted outside, with an ashtray. No pets are permitted. No parties or events. Palm Springs takes noise complaints very seriously, and quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise to a minimum if you`re at the pool after 10 pm. No amplified sound is permitted outside, and neighbors should not be able to hear amplified sound from inside the house. Fees and penalties for noise complaints are hefty, and we`d hate to pass them on.
POOL HEAT
When it gets cooler outside, you can request that the pool be heated for an additional fee of $100.00 per day of your stay. It does take about 2 days to heat the pool to 87ish degrees, so please let us know before your arrival.
Located in Demuth Park, a neighborhood in Palm Springs, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park.
