The stainless steel BBQ outside is gas powered, so there are no hassles with propane refills. Grill outdoors and relax by the pool.
The mid modern fire-pit with patio seating is perfect for your family and friends to gather around after the day leads to twilight.
Pro tip => *Bring your own lighters! Hosts can’t guarantee items are in home due to the nature of short term rentals and guests.

**INDOOR LIVING**
Sprawl out on the couch and enjoy the 55 inch smart TV with views of the pool. Alternatively, head to one of the three luxurious king bed equipped bedrooms affixed with smart TV's to relax with a movie or your favorite show. Complimentary Wifi internet is available throughout the property. (Be sure to check the modem box if you need a password update since sometimes maintenance has updated the modem box and the passwords have not yet reflected in the house manual!)

Take your time in the deluxe dual-vanity master bath. Indulge in the lavish high ceiling rain showers in both updated modern bathrooms.

The fully stocked galley kitchen is a cook's dream with stainless steel range top, oven, refrigerator, and tastefully hidden dishwasher. All kitchen cooking amenities included, some spices will be stocked. You'll also enjoy a mini keurig with intro coffee pods.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home & property including: laundry room, expansive backyard, bbq, FirePit, and large private pool.

There is parking for several vehicles in the driveway and carport, although Palm Springs asks that renters have only two cars per listing.

The house is equipped with a lock box and guests will be sent access prior to their reservation time for the entirety of their stay.

The North Starr House staff provides a starter pack of items to get you started, including: misc toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.), toilet paper, coffee filters, coffee, tea, spices, laundry detergent for 2-3 loads, dryer sheets, small dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pacs/pods, a new sponge, kitchen trash bags, and small trash can liners. If there is something specific that you require, please make sure you bring it with you. There are stores within a few minutes of the property as well for any additional items you may require.

The property manager will email you the ordinance, our house rules/ lease, and Good Neighbor Brochure for Vacation Rentals from City of Palm Springs after booking. If you are unable to sign the brochure via email a concierge service will meet you at the home to go over these rules, obtain signatures, and assist with your check in for a $25 one time charge.

Failure to follow City Ordinance rules may result in eviction from the property and citation or fine by the city. The surrounding neighbors have been given (by the city) a 24-hour number to call should they need to file a complaint.

Racquet Club Estates, a neighborhood in Palm Springs, is home to this vacation home. Agua Caliente Cultural Museum and Plaza Theatre are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Palm Springs Square Shopping Center and Plaza de las Flores Shopping Center.
