We are excited to open our home and we're ready to host a fantastic stay. We've taken extra steps to ensure that our home is properly prepared to make your experience the best it can be. We know you'll have a wonderful stay with our landscaped yard surrounding our salt water pool. Inside, you'll enjoy a gourmet kitchen, comfy beds and linens, a wine fridge, surround sound entertainment with an UHD 65" TV. Earth friendly home with an EV Charger and Solar Panels.

The space
This home has lots of room to make your stay comfortable. The Primary ensuite has a Cal King Tuft & Needle mattress with a bathroom featuring a double sink and large walk-in shower. Our second bedroom has a Cal King bed, top rated Novaform mattress and beautiful walnut furniture. There is a Queen bed in the third bedroom with a Novaform mattress, appointed with white enameled furniture. All mattresses are top rated memory foam beds promising a wonderful night's sleep. Linens are plush with lots of pool towels to keep you lounging all day in the gorgeous Palm Springs sunshine. Two of the bedrooms open onto a patio for enjoying the beautiful mornings and cool evenings with spectacular views. The hallway bathroom has a tub and double sinks. The third bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a single sink. Each bathroom has its own toilet. Each bedroom has its own HD TV with popular apps to stream movies or shows using your accounts. You'll just need to log in, relax and enjoy.

Enjoy our salt water pool with automatic chemistry management. This makes it safer for your body while keeping the pool water clean and sanitized. Pool and spa can be heated for $50 per day generally from September through May.

The pool area is complete with 6 Italian loungers. Pool floats are available and an 10' cantilever umbrella that can be positioned around the patio and pool to keep you shaded. There are two other umbrellas around the patio for shade as well.

Our large covered dining area is complete with a top of the line BBQ grill and dining table and chairs. An overhead fan will keep you comfortable while you enjoy the perfect outdoor dinner. The fire pit has additional seating so you can enjoy a warm fire and starry skies on cool nights.

This a NON SMOKING home and includes NO VAPING. Smoking or vaping inside our home will automatically hold a minimum $500 restoration fee from your deposit. Smoking and vaping are allowed OUTSIDE around the table near the BBQ. Please limit smoking to this area only.

We ask you to leave our home in the condition you found it. Simple things like running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash and recycling are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on our property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, by renting our home you authorize us to bill you for additional fees necessary to restore the home to it's original condition.

The City of Palm Springs Ordinance states the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom. Although this home is not suitable for children, 2 additional children under age 12 are allowed per the ordinance. Children age 12 and older are consider as adults for occupancy. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions for visitors.

The City of Palm Springs requires we have your ID on file and a written contract. You will be sent an electronic contract for e-sign signature after providing a copy of your current government issued ID with photo.
Guest access
At this time, you'll have access to our home by keypad. No one will meet you but will be available for a walk through be phone, FaceTime, or Zoom if desired.
Other things to note
City regulations require Primary Guest be at least 25 years of age. Regulations also state:

Additional Fees:

$50 per day is required for heating the Pool and/or Spa during September through May. (Optional pool/spa fees are collected separately and must be paid prior to your check-in.)

Visitors are not allowed for overnight stays. Visitors are welcome between 10AM and 10PM. If visitors are discovered to have been in the house overnight, a $300 fee per night/per guest will be charged.
