Enclosed within ficus-covered privacy walls, this estate features two exquisite homes, a stunning pool, a spa, and a vast green space, offering an unparalleled vacation experience.
The main home, meticulously remodeled from the ground up in 2022, is a sanctuary of modern elegance. It boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and an attached bathroom, and two guest bedrooms with plush queen beds. The home also features a large, fully stocked chef's kitchen, perfect for culinary enthusiasts, and a cozy living room with a fireplace, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation. An attached garage, equipped with air conditioning and transformed into a vibrant game room, provides an ideal space for indoor entertainment.
Adjacent to the main home is the quintessential Palm Springs casita, constructed new in 2024. This charming guest house offers two primary bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, ensuring ultimate privacy and comfort. The casita's full kitchen and inviting living space open up to breathtaking, unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountains through expansive sliding glass doors and transom windows that span the west side of the home.
Sunrise Oasis epitomizes indoor-outdoor living. Both the main home and the casita feature large sliding glass doors that blur the lines between interior and exterior spaces. The main house extends into a shaded outdoor area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ, a dining table, and a lounge space perfect for leisurely afternoons. As the sun sets behind the mountains, guests can gather around the outdoor gas firepit, keeping the evening's festivities warm and lively.
