The primary bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool deck. Both guest bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds and ample storage, along with flat-screen smart TVs for your convenience.
Step outside and be greeted by unobstructed, panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountain range—free from power lines. The backyard is a true oasis, with plenty of lounge chairs around the sparkling pool, and a covered alfresco dining area to enjoy the ultimate Palm Springs lifestyle. Whether you're here to relax or explore, everything you need is within reach. The Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort is just a 5-minute drive away, and Demuth Park’s pickleball courts are nearby. A short 10-minute drive will take you to downtown Palm Springs, where you’ll find a variety of dining options, entertainment, and world-class shopping.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
