The well-stocked chef's kitchen has been carefully space planned with a cook in mind and for group meal prep & flows into the dining area that accommodates up to 6 guests. The adjacent living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. There is also a Media Room with a flatscreen TV - perfect for hours of binge-watching pleasure. This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high speed internet, upgraded heating and cooling systems, and 4 flatscreen TVs.
SLEEPING QUARTERS Each of the bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bath, and sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool. The Guest Bedroom has a King bed, direct access to the yard, and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a Casita with a Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.
ABOUT THE LOCATION This property is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs just one block from Ruth Hardy Park - and just half a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all within walking distance. The Convention Center, The Casino and the public tennis courts are also very close by. You'll be just minutes from movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues.
