Sitting on beautifully landscaped grounds, this charming mid-century modern home welcomes guests into a sprawling living, kitchen, and dining space. A concrete floor, sleek, stylish furniture, and contemporary accents offer an atmospheric setting for cocktails and casual nights with friends. Relax on the full-length sofa, loveseat, or comfy chairs in the living space—the 65” Smart TV puts entertainment a click away. When guests aren’t discovering downtown’s vibrant restaurant scene, the fully equipped kitchen, including a Bosch 6-burner stove, makes it easy to craft home-cooked meals. Enjoy dinners in the sunken dining room, which hosts a 6-seat table and overlooks the pool area. Extra seating for four is available at the kitchen breakfast bar or head out the glass doors to dine alfresco at the 6-seat poolside table. The backyard is a perfect haven for savoring the desert climate. Cool off with a swim in the tempting private pool or bask in the sunshine on the loungers.
