Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Racquet Club Estates, a short drive from downtown Palm Springs.
The open-concept great room features clerestory windows and large sliders that open up to a quarter-acre yard with a pool, lush grounds and mature hedges that offer complete privacy.
The home has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a new LG washer and dryer.
If you would like the pool heated for the cooler months, please let us know, and a $100 per day (3 day minimum) heating fee will be added after you book. The pool pump (and heater) runs from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The City of Palm Springs requires a written agreement signed by all guests.
We have a local concierge who will check you in and out and be available 24/7 during your stay with any questions or concerns that may arise. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on your date of arrival; check-out time is before 11 a.m. on your date of departure.
Located in Palm Springs, this vacation home is in the city center. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and O'Donnell Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Palm Springs Square Shopping Center and Plaza de las Flores Shopping Center. Check out an event or a game at Agua Caliente Casino, and consider making time for Palm Springs Convention Center, a top attraction not to be missed. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with horse riding.
