This historic 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, with a hip mid-century modern design, is conveniently located within one mile of the Smoke tree Commons shopping center.
This large South/East facing unit has recently been remodeled and features new flooring, stainless steel appliances, Velux skylights, energy efficient windows, sliders, AC and furnace. A fully stocked chef's kitchen allows for a great cooking experience, to be served on a beautiful dining room table, with seating for 8. The living room has a fabulous view to the pool and the San Jacinto Southridge mountain range.
The large primary bedroom features a sitting-office area, a large screen TV, with a master bath featuring a large tub and shower stall. The first guest bedroom features two twin beds, while the second guest bedroom features a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms include a TV, and share the guest bathroom across the hall. The living room and all of the bedrooms open up to a tranquil, extra-large patio, with new custom furniture, a firepit, a gas grill, and beautiful mountain views. A laundry closet features a full size stackable washer and dryer.
Conveniently located across from the Smoke Tree shopping, restaurants, post office, and only a few miles to downtown Palm Springs, golf, or hiking and biking trails. Also a short walk to the E Palm Canyon bus line 111, direct to downtown.
This vacation home rents on a 60-night minimum basis.
During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
