Inside, the open-concept layout makes entertaining effortless, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas flowing seamlessly together. The kitchen has been recently renovated and features sleek stainless steel appliances, a stunning quartz countertop, and modern cabinetry.
Comfortable & Private Bedrooms
The home offers two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck—perfect for a morning dip or evening soak. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and direct access to the pool.
Pool & Spa. Approximately 12’x24’x6′ deep. Pool heating special, $39.00 per day.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
